Oracle 11i Customized CRequest output file save error

Hi,

   We are having one customized concurrent request developed in 11i which is around 7000 pages. Normally we pull out this report regularly but this time the request gets completed normally and able to view the output, but not able to save the output which gives IE problem.

   In server the output file also not getting saved.

   Please help with the issue.
