how to avoid the exception as " java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0 ", when usin

Hi all,

 when using the LTOMG v4.3.0, i have been facing the below exception.

anyone please help me how to fix the issue ?

1, my versions are that AIX 5L , E-Business suite( 11.5.10.2 ) on 10gR2 ( 10.2.0.3 ) RAC .

2, > java -version
      java version "1.4.2"
     Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2)
