Output Post Processor is restarting at 5 pm each day for an unknown reason
We have asked end users not to submit requests that would run between 5:00 - 5:15 pm each day.
In May, Oracle involved an "ARE Advanced Resolution Engineer" to assist and speed up the progress of the issue, to no avail.
In October, Oracle involved an "ATG Component Tools support team Engineer".
Could one of the Oracle guru's within this forum please take a look, and suggest a path that will lead the way to a fix?
