Uninvoiced Receipt Report Not Picking up All Uninvoiced Receipts

 I have a situation where a user ordered 1 item @ 124,000 USD.  However, the user received 124,000 items ... rather than 1 item.   The supplier invoiced us for 1 item which we processed and paid.  At month-end, I would have expected that the Uninvoice Receipt Report would have picked up the 123,999 remaining uninvoiced receipts.  It didn't.  Any one have any ideas?
