Configuring email groups for groups of rules

Hi all,
I have 15 rules divided into OS, Db and Application rules. I have 20 emails divided into OS administratos, DBAs and ATGs.

I'd like to configure for example:

Rules A, B and C will alert only 5 emails from DBA group.
Rules F, O and P will alert only 3 emails from OS administrators group.
And so on.

Is it possible in EM?
