Pending change order request in former employee's queue

 We have a situation with a change order request that is pending a former employee's approval.  Our Oracle DBAs ran a "reset PO script" against the PO and it didn't work.  The script ran successfully on a PO that was also pending this employee's approval but that PO did not have a pending change order request.  The requisitioner is not able to cancel the requisition either.  Does anyone know how we can resolve this?   Please advise.  Thank you.
