dropship-waiting receipt

 Hi all,
  Well I'm stuck at Waiting receipt. After I had run the workflow background process, and the requisition import, the requisition number doesn't get displayed on the drop ship tab of the additional line info action.
There is no error message in the process messages. However, the requisition import log indicates that no requisitions have been created and gives me the number of interface lines in error.

Can anyone help please?
