"Passive" work flows

   Hi

I would like create a monitoring function where we can monitor when a specific agreement is running out. All our agreements are registered in Custom Object 9 and all have an end-date (date field).

 

Does anybody have a good idea how to create a work flow that monitors the end-date field and gives a notification via e-mail when the specific agreement is running out?
