Forms not Launching in R12

Hi All,

I'm having an issue where the forms are not getting launched. The HTML pages work fine. After logging into EBS when I click on any Form page, nothing happens and the status bar displays "Done" message.

But , I could login to the forms directly using http://hostname.domainname:8004/forms/frmservlet and everything works fine here and also I'm able to access the forms for other instances running on the same box.

Note: This is not a new installtion. This instance was used earlier and for sometime not in use. After which we got this issue.

EBS Version: 12.1.2

DB Version : 11.2.0
