How to set a Job Description in Employee Directory

 We have a client who want to see the job description in the Employee Directory.

We can see the Job Title for the employee but we also need to display the actual definition of the Job Title - ie. what is required to hold the job etc.

The best solution would be to have the JOb Definition in a Long Tip if possible

Any ideas to solve this??
