is there a Web ADI available to directly upload approved cost/revenue budget in Oracle Projects

 We have a requirement to upload approved cost and revenue budget via Web ADI into Oracle Projects.

Currently budget needs to be first downloaded in excel using 'Edit in Excel' option and then has to be uploaded back

We want to be able to upload budgets without having to first download it in excel
Can you please advise if some Web ADI is available for the same in Oracle Projects?
