Mailto weblink and Windows 7

 Hi, have you had the issue of a weblink in a document, which contains the code mailto, not work when using windows 7.

When my users now click on the link it takes them to a blank internet explorer screen, instead of opening an e-mail page in outlook. If you have experienced this issue and resolved it, could you let me know how, thanks very much.
