Hi All,
I am trying to install Oracle 10g Rac in Solaris x86 (Vmware & Openfiler) .I had created the iscsi voloume in openfiler and presented it to the nodes. But the luns discovered by nodes have different disk names eg:in node1 c1t2d0 but the same disk is discovered in node 2 as c1t2d0so .In oracle documentation ,its mentioned that ,we can use mknod ,for this kind of issue. Can you please tell me ,how to use mknod in RAC installation for having same disk names across all nodes
thanks
