Query slow on dblink

 Hi,
Local database :- 10.2.0.1
Remote database :- 10.1.0.3

Once the remote database is upgraded to 10.2.0.4 , the query from local db to remote db started degrading, does Database link features has any changes from 10.1.03 to 10.2.0.4.
