How to create workflow for sending mails after the creation of a task and as well as appointment.
I am new for CRM On Demand working as Admin. I am facing one issue in CRMOD. I have created two workflows one for sending the mail after the creation of new task and another for sending the mail after the creation of new appointment. Now i am unable to differentiate both of these workflows. When i create a task, both of these worflows get executed and the user recieves two mails - one for new appointment and another for new task. And same is happening for new appointment also.
Please let me know how can i differentiate these workflows.
