Judging by some of the other threads on MOSC I'm not the only person who thinks this entire site is a shambles.
Firstly, I logged in last week and updated my single sign on with my Sun support contract details, as the reminders kept on asking us to do and so this week I wouldn't have to worry about any problems logging in. What do I find this morning? I had to go in and request access to my Support Identifier again. Now this may have only taken 15 or 20 minutes to get sorted but I'd already done it once so why was the data purged?
