Ho to recreate importent files in EBS R12

In Oracle Applications EBS R12. How can i re create following files if they are corrupt or deleted permanently.

AD executable like
adadmin, adpatch ,adctrl .........

RDBMS Database context file.
<RDBMS_ORACLE_HOME>/appsutil/<CONTEXT_NAME>.xml

Applications context file.
<INST_TOP>/appl/admin/<CONTEXT_NAME>.xml

Startup/Shutdown scripts in location
$ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME

and
main Applications environment file
