Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. OTL: Problem with PTO balances on SOE or checks after Phase I patch was applied?

The balance of vacation is not being reduced after the Phase I patch was applied. The formula

depends on the Entry Effective Date being populated to reduce the balance. The time is entered

in OTL and updated to BEE and then payroll. OTL is not updating this field. Until Phase I was

applied the formula was working correctly. As a result, the SOE is not correct, and the balance

printing on the is incorrect.
