I have table contains 10 million recods and there is view on this table joind to 6 additional tables

1-I used fast commit materialzed view  but the dml on all the joined tables will become slower

and even after 1 month it will be very slow

2-Partion the table also make the insert slow and didn't help in the query

Any suggestions how to query the 20 records very affecient from the summary 1 million record >> which constructed from 10 million records????
