Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Query is very slow

1-I used fast commit materialzed view but the dml on all the joined tables will become slower

and even after 1 month it will be very slow

2-Partion the table also make the insert slow and didn't help in the query

Any suggestions how to query the 20 records very affecient from the summary 1 million record >> which constructed from 10 million records????
