Using Billing Rates for Labour

Hi

Has anyone know of or setup billing rates for labour charges? This is where you can link labour items to product so that prices can be auto generated without a labour item in the debrief.

This is what I did

1 Open an existing contract and add the billing rates to the service activity billing type where it is labour.
2 Create a SR and debrief without the labour item.
3 In the charges everything works exept that the contract discount amount is zero and should be 100% of the rate.

I even updated the coverage template just in case. It even selects the correct labour item for the correct shift but the contract discount rate is zero for all.
