Forms Configurator : Can we use Forms Configurator to change people form fields

 Forms Configurator and People Management 

Can we use for Forms Configurator to change the people form Field labels.

 For example;

  Changing the display name from Third Name to Family Name. 

Or we have to use forms personalization for this ..
