Copy File Function - FNDWRR.EXE

We upgraded to 12i (12.0.6) several months ago. Since the upgrade anytime we view a report and use the function "copy file" we get a slow response delivering the report to the viewer (green status bar loads), in 11i this was instant. We have a user that performs a copy file 100's of times a month, and this delay causes extra time spent on this function.

We have windows xp/vista/ 7 all with explorer 6/7/8, so its not on a specific platform only, it occurs on all. 

Has anyone noticed this "delay" when using copy file in 12i, and found a resolution?
