11g Oracle DB with Solaris 10 upgrade

Hi,

Curious what others are doing concerning upgrading to 11gR2 database when running on Solaris OS that does not meet the Version 10 update 6 requirement?    We are currently on 10.2.0.4 Oracle DB on Sun Solaris V10 with update 1.    I am just checking to see what others are doing about upgrading / re-installing the OS to meet the Solaris 10 upgrade 6 version requirement for 11g Oracle DB.  

Are you using the Solaris Live Update option?
Are you using standard upgrade option which is a full re-install of Solaris 10 Update 6?
Are you migrating to new hardware or moving to another OS?? Linux?

From FAQ - 11gR2 requires Solaris 10 update 6 or greater [ID 971464.1]
