Downloading all what is necessary for Installing OMS 11g

Hi experts.
My new task?
Install OMS11 in Windows 2008.  The System Admin will be helping me installing Weblogic since application is role specific for System Admin.
I need to know where to download everything she needs and I need.
What comes first (all will be in only that server).
Space of disk required to monitor this amount.  Right now Oms 10.2.0.5 is taking 18,3 GB for the web ap, and 24 gb for repository. Total monitoring targets 379 this will grow slowly but it will grow.

I need the detailed steps to install what first and how.
