May I install Oracle database or oracle client (10g or 11g) on windows 2008 R2 Itanium?

 Hi, I need to install Oracle database or Oracle client 10GR2 (I also can install 11G) on Windows 2008R2 Itanium. I have found there is no such product realease so I tried to install oracle client 32 bits and it worked but my application (SAS) did not worked, it uses ODBC,  SAS support says it need oracle 64 bits installed to work propertly but the 64 bits UIO does not run on 2008 R2 itanium. Windows throws and error like: "the version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you are running check your computer´s system information to see if you need and
