Security Errors with WebSphere 6.1 and JDE tools 8.98.3.1

I have a strange, strange problem:

I gave test user: KRISTEST Solution Explorer Security so it can log in to the fat client.
Then I logged on to the Fat Client as user KRISTEST and logged into JDV812 environment. I typed P01012 in Fast Path and it works perfectly.

I stopped and restarted my web server to make sure all cache was cleared. Then I used KRISTEST to log in to environment JDV812 on the web and type in P01012 in Fast path. I get the error : "User KRISTEST ROLE: *ALL APPLICATION: P01012 You do not have permission to access this application."
