Where is Oracle 10g/11g Standalone HTTP server for Apex 4.0 to run ?

- we have Windows 2008 R2 (64-bit) server
- We have Oracle 10g database(64-bit)
- installed Apex 4.2

As per Oracle sales rep, when you install Oracle HTTP(for Apex) and Oracle database
on the same machine, you do not have to buy license for Oracle HTTP server.

Now to run the Apex on the same server we have to install Oracle HTTP (10g/11g).

1) Is there a standalone download for Oracle HTTP server (10g/11g) for Windows 2008 R2 (64-bit) ?

2) The 11g what I had downloaded from Oracle website for 64-bit windows 2008, when I installed shows me
as Oracle Fusion? Is this right one ?
