No data found error while creating a transaction in AR

Hi,

While creating an invoice in AR we get an error "NO DATA FOUND " when we click on the tax button.

In our implementation we are not using Oracle Etax module.

Looks like the system is expecting some tax related data but it is not getting it.

Can someone suggest what might be the missing setups so that while creating a transactin in AR the system does not go to Etax module?
