UCM users can't check in content via Managed Attachments
Hi all
I have Oracle UCM 10g installed on a Redhat Linux - 5.4, 64 bit O/S. We have a EBS/UCM adapter installed so that we can access UCM via the Managed Attachments function in EBS.
A user receives an error when logging to UCM via Managed Attachments.
The error receives the error " Content Server Request Failed
User 'Test3' does not have sufficient access privileges to perform this operation. Access privileges may have expired, requiring the user to re-select Managed Attachments from the Oracle E-Business Suite Zoom Menu. "
'Test3' being the user i use to test.
This only happens to users that i recently created on UCM. The user that were created when we installed UCM are working fine and able to attach content via Managed Attachments. I do not know what makes these new user to be unable to use this functionality. I have also assigned the "dummy" user a sysman role but the same error still appears. Can anyone help with this as it is very urgent that we resolve this. Thanks
