Agile 9.3.1 Upgrade Issues

Has anyone experienced as many issues upgrading from 9.2.2.3 to 9.3.1 I am have had a number of issues, the recent are show stoppers and have brought Testing to a crunching Halt!
  • Unable to Save any "Applied To" modifications -- waiting over 2 weeks now for Tech support to analyze the database
  • Unable to View ECOs created by Me in the wCM - had the same issue in Java Client but Tech support provided SQL that corrected the Java Client but still have the problem in wCM. I have tried running both Java 1.6.0_03 & 1.6.0_22 neither changes anything - Database uploaded to Tech Support for 2 weeks now.
