Grouping of countries into one Geography

Hello,
Is it possible in E-business tax or elsewhere to group multiple countries into one geographic code and use that
Geographic code for assigning tax rules etc ?? example : Grouping Spain, France, germany, NL etc etc to one code "EU" and use EU as
another country/ geo code
