Oracle 11gR2 on Lunix - Making use of all the processors

Hi, 

How can I make Oracle see all the processors on my Linux box ?  I am kinda new to this environment and notice that when I run some processor intensive stored procs, Oracle pegs out only one of the 24 available.  It also only seems to use a small bit of memory.  We have 72 GB on the box. Any help so that I can utilize the full processing power of this machine with oracle would be lovely :-)
