How to update table hz_party_site_uses?

We are on 12.1.2, and we are using hz_party_site_uses for Business Licensing reporting. Column status in table hz_party_site_uses got null value, I wonder which screen is used to update this table. I have tried customer site but didn't do anyhting. Thanks
