Document (Updated to V2.02) posted that shows how to access mainframe PTFs in MOS...

 I just posted a document under "Virtual Tape All Community Documents" that covers the process to locate and download PTFs in MOS.  It is called "How to Gain Access to Mainframe PTFs (and Tape Drivers) in My Oracle Support (MOS)".

 

I updated the document to V2.00 on December 20, 2010

I updated the document to V2.01 on December 29, 2010

I updated the document to V2.02 on January 7, 2011

 

Version 2.02:
o  Added a new page on Finding a Specific PTF on page 18.  This includes the fact that any search is limited to 100 results.  This can cause what would appear to be a valid search to not find the desired information.
