Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. do You know - can be a budgetary control in GL entered as transactions are already exist?

I'm working in application since begining of the year and I want to switch on budgetary control for current year - can I do this?
