SRSS-4.2 - Error starting Kiosk session: Cannot Allocate Kiosk Account

Dear Forum Users,
Our Environment:

1) 2x SFT1000 server
2) SRSS 4.2 configured as FOG
3) Installed patch id 139548-07
4) 60x DTU270
5) Configured 200 kiosk users (utku) during utconfig setup
6) No Card = Kiosk session
7) Card user = Redirect to Windows XP


This morning we observed a strange behavior on our SunRay DTU270 clients. Almost all of the DTU screen shows the following error message:
"Error starting Kiosk session: Cannot Allocate Kiosk Account"

Only a few DTU270 can connect to the SunRay server.

Q1) Why & what had happen to our SunRay servers which produce the error messages on the DTU screens ?

Q2) We had created 200 kiosk users (utku). Is that allowed? or Is there any kiosk users limitation?
