Oracle's lack of support!!!!!!

 Don't you just love the support you get from Oracle support.  You open an SR and noone responds.  We have an issue on our Cluster and have not gotten any feedback in a week.   We try contact our sales rep but he is nolonger with Oracle but he gave us a number for guy that took over his accounts. He told us that he did not handle our account and refered us to another sales rep who's phone number is disconnected.
