100% Bonus Depreciation

If Congress passes 100% Bonus Depreciation in to law before the end of the year will Oracle have any patches ready for the new tables?  (I know that they are all going to be 100%.  My users just prefer an Oracle developed table to a custom one developed by us).

Any information you can share would be helpful.
