CPU OCT2010 (9952272) fails with "Re-link fails on target "

Applying patch 9952272 on 10g 10.2.0.4.0 on server 64 bit SunSolaris
and getting erro like below..Any suggesstion on whether to rollback or to continue..................

The following make actions have failed :

Re-link fails on target "ioracle".
Re-link fails on target "itnslsnr".
