Service Action Allowed (Blue) LED NOT lit for expired battery & "State" and "Status" is not "Enable

 Hi,
I have a 6140 array that has a expired battery.  I am following the Service Advisor instructions and it said that I should contact a Sun Service provider, because the Service Action Allowed (Blue) LED is not on and the State" and "Status" is not "Enable but Offline" and "Error".  Is there some other step that I need to follow?  I am using CAM 6.5, array FW is 6.60.22.10.
