Allocated ATP with demand class hierarchy issue

We have an distribution inventory organization ( W04) which sources from a central warehouse (C21), with transfer from sourcing rule to the central warehouse.

We are using demand class hierarchy and using item-organzation allocation rule assignment for the central warehouse( C21)

The supply is available in the central warehouse.

In the Allocation Rule used, Allocation % defined as follows:

Demand class      %
CVAR                  60
RVAR                 10
OTHER               30

When you do the ATP Inquiry using demand class other than ‘OTHER’, it will show available quantity equal to the allocated amount for the ‘OTHER’ demand class. As long as requested quantity for ‘CVAR’, ‘RVAR’ or any ‘XYZ’ class is less than the allocated quantity of ‘OTHER’ demand class, it will show the requested quantity is available.

Howdy, Stranger!
