Without work order ledger and Parts list ledger in JDE system, how to reivew the manufacture BOM cha

  During the recent audit executed at one of our factories using JDE, they write the following in their report:

“Lack of Independent Review on Production BOM Changes Made in the JDE System, and Lack of Production BOM Edit log Review”

In Standard JDE system, there is not work order ledger and Parts list ledger. Have you encountered the similar issue during audit and how do you handle them? Do you solve them in JDE system or just reinforce in processes only?
