$ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin/attachhome.sh - Post Installation step after 10.2.0.5.0 on Oracle 10g RAC

I am planning/preparing to apply patch 10.2.0.5.0 on our Prod Oracle 10g R2 RAC(10.2.0.3.0) on HP-UX. In the patch readme (8202632), one of the Post Installation Tasks is not clear to me. This is regarding attaching Oracle Home.

-local "CLUSTER_NODES={comma separated node list}" LOCAL_NODE=node on which command is run
Should I do this step on CRS HOME and DB HOME separately on both nodes. Do I have to run this 2 times in each node , meaning 4 times? (We dont have test instance on RAC so I will be doing directly on Production.)
