Reassign and Delegate

 Hi , I made a vacation rule for PO approval , i reassigned the PO notification to an employee for approval ..
But in the action history the reassigned employee which approves the PO is not mentioned .

The Action History of the PO should be:
			
 
			
0 Person A Submit 
			
1 Person A Forward 
			
2 Person B No Action Taken (Reassigned and Delegated to C ) 
			
3 Person C Approve 

Is there a notification history saved .
How will i keep record that which Employee Approved the PO .
