Portugal - requirement to show license number on invoices - how to do?

   Hi

Is anyone experiencing this challenge?  We are faced with our location being on Oracle 11.0.3 (now unsupported I know) and having to meet the Portuguese requirement (starting January 2011) to show the software version license number on our invoices to end customers.  We are not in a position to upgrade to 11.5.10 or above but we won't be compliant if Oracle won't register the software version - this is what we have been told in an SR.

Has anyone else experienced this requirement with an unsupported version of Oracle and how did you overcome?
