Accrual Reconciliation Report

If a user runs this Accrual Recon report at month-end and then decides to run the report again several months or a year later with the same parameters, would the results be the same for that specific month end?  Or is this a report that cannot be re-run for past months and produce the same results because invoices get paid, etc?
