What causes mobile users to become invalid?
Hi,
We suddenly received the following error for tasks assigned to 3 of our technicians/users
Error returned from Internal API hook . Procedure name is csm_wf_pkg_Post_upd
We end-dated the mobile responsibility and deleted the user via Manages Mobile Users and then added the users back as instructed on the Oracle support note (and this works). But, these users were just fine before, and we do not understand why they became invalid. Is there any explanation or documentation on this?
