Order is Staged, Trip planned, cannot print BOL from delivery details

 I am attempting to print a BOL prior to ship confirm but the 'Print BOL' button is greyed out.  The order has been staged, the trip has been planned and returned from OTM.  Anyone have an idea of what to review / troubleshoot?
