10202 to 10204 upgrade causes one query for toss

Hi All

We recently upgraded our UAT instance from 10202 to 10204 on ibm aix platform. We are on oracle apps 11.5.10.2  version.

UAT is same as prod in terms of SGA,PGA and other parameters.

The query is not completeing and taking long amount of time. But in production it gets completed in atleast 12-13 hours.  This query is one of the custom concurrnet program.

We are not understanding why so much drastic differnece as just it is point upgrade.

The plans in production and UAT are different one.

Is implicate conversion will make that much differnce? Any note ? any idea? Our concern is why so much drastic difference.
